Shiree and Jason came to me over four years ago as a referral. When I tell you that referrals have meant the world to my small business, it really has! I am so grateful for the continued support from my previous clients who continue to come to me for their photos.

When Shiree and Jason asked me to photograph their maternity pictures a few years ago, I couldn’t wait. I remember being amazed at their lovely connection. I knew I was photographing something amazing, and I wasn’t the only one. Beauty & Lifestyle magazine published their gorgeous maternity session and Sew Trendy Accessories, where Shiree got her maternity gown, had the images up on their website for a long time.

I have since photographed this family multiple times, but one of my most recent and favorite times was their family photos at Santa Teresa Park. Santa Teresa Park is a beautiful park nestled in the hills. The fall sunset was perfect for their mini session. With over 1600 acres, the park didn’t disappoint. It seriously had the perfect locations to capture Shiree, Jason, their toddler Maddox, and their four legged fur baby.

We trucked around the hills and had a blast together capturing their love for one another. I had so much fun watching Maddox play with his dad and give tender kisses to his mama. I have learned over the years that family sessions are a little give and take; let the kids play and they might give you some amazing smiles in between the fun.
