Yesterday I had one of the funnest experiences! (PS. I feel that way anytime I have a camera in my hands) I got a chance to photograph a run through practice session with the Christian Youth Theater, also known as CYT. CYT is dedicated to developing character in children and adults. Youth theater is near and dear my heart, as when my son Todd’s schedule permits he tries to take part in locate theater, last year participating in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  I remember his dedication and excitement and it showed in all of his lines.

Well CYT has outdone themselves with their version of the Wizard of Oz. Everything was done in a class act, all the props, costumes and stage hands worked together like a fine oiled machine. These kids have clearly let this become their passion, as the acting was so realistic and not one person missed a line. If your looking for something fun to do with your kids, you must check out the CYT’s version of the Wizard of Oz.
